Update Playtest 1.15.1

Really small update here. I've been working on Pathfinder Second Edition more than 5e, so that's part of the slow down. The other portion of the slow down is grad school is slowing me down tremendously. The biggest and most significant slowdown, however, is the release of DnD5e (2024). I'm not going to promise speed with this project as I'm tempted to wait until the DMG releases before I even consider what I'll replace with what. But for now, expect this to be the definitive version of the playtest until people start pointing out more hotfixes that the book might need.
